How do I know this will handle my load?
Every product page lists rated capacity and key dimensions in the Specifications tab. Choose equipment rated above your heaviest expected load — never above the rating plate. If you are between sizes, ask us before ordering.
Will it fit through my doorways and aisles?
Check the overall dimensions in the Specifications tab against your narrowest doorway, aisle and lift. As a rule, allow at least 200 mm clearance on each side for safe manoeuvring.
Does it arrive assembled?
Most equipment arrives boxed for safe freight. Pallet jacks need the handle fitted on arrival — minutes with basic tools — and manuals are included where needed.
How is heavy equipment delivered?
Freight is calculated at checkout by weight, size and postcode. Bulky goods travel by specialist carrier with tracking, and our team confirms timing with you before dispatch.
What if it is faulty or not right?
All equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and photos.
